Honey Dijon Vinaigrette with Arugula, Pear and Walnut Salad Recipe

Dijon Dressing

Peppery arugula pairs nicely with chopped walnuts and thinly sliced red pears in this simple salad with a homemade vinaigrette. Serve as a side dish with your favorite entrée!

Ingredients

Vinaigrette 

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salad

8 cups arugula
2 red pears, thinly sliced
½ cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Before you begin: Wash your hands.

  1. Whisk vinaigrette ingredients until smooth.
  2. Toss vinaigrette with salad ingredients and serve.
