I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), with a Certified Speciality in Sports Dietetics/Nutrition (CSSD), and a Masters in Public Health. As an expert in the field of nutrition, I adhere to evidence based science, underpinning my nutrition recommendations. With 20+ years of experience, my philosophy is utilizing whole foods (mostly plants, all if preferred) for nourishing your body, and supplements if warranted for overall health and human performance.
