I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft. My drive as a dietitian is to work uniquely with each client to create safe, sustainable, and nourishing relationships with food. I believe that qualified and unbiased nutrition care should be available to every individual, no matter their size, health barriers, or schedule. I translate my culinary training into my practice by promoting food as not only a source of fuel, but comfort, tradition, celebration, connection, and recovery. Specialties include working with clients that currently have or have a history of an eating disorder, as well as those seeking mindful eating or weight management counseling. Other areas of expertise include food allergies, gastrointestinal disorders, preventative nutrition (high blood pressure or cholesterol) and general healthy eating for all ages.
