I’m Dr. Abrar PhD RD, the founder of Precision Women's Care (formerly Nourish Women Nutrition), and integrative nutrition practice dedicated to supporting women through all stages of their hormone health journies. As a registered dietitian and herbalist specialized in women’s health, it is my mission to empower women to be their own healers. My journey into holistic & integrative medicine began in 2007. Since then I have gained extensive experience in blending herbal medicine with nutrition science to empower women in understanding and treating their bodies holistically.
