Emily Joyann Copeland, MPH RD
ActivEnergy Nutrition is the private nutrition practice of registered dietitian Emily Copeland. She believes in comprehensive, collaborative, and practical approaches to client-centered care. She specializes in performance nutrition and healthy aging, offering both in-person coaching sessions in Boulder, CO and online nutrition coaching through telehealth sessions, online tools and messaging. Emily is also an ACE-certified personal trainer with more than a decade of experience coaching clients of all ages and backgrounds. She earned her Masters of Public Health (MPH) in Nutrition at the University of Michigan in 2020 before establishing her Colorado-based private practice in 2021. ActivEnergy Nutrition is passionate about supporting active lifestyles through a whole person, plant-forward, all-foods-fit approach. Emily works in partnership with her clients to equip them with evidenced-based guidance and flexible strategies so they can perform better, age healthfully, plan meals practically, and achieve a better relationship with food.
