I am an Integrative Dietitian and practitioner of functional medicine and I am on a mission to elevate health, happiness and build healthier communities & families. I see clients of all ages at a private practice in Pasadena, California, as well as online, all over the world. My passion and area of expertise is in neurological & digestive health. In addition to 15 years of experience as a dietitian, I am also a certified GAPS Practitioner. While the GAPS approach is only used in certain circumstances, getting your digestive health functioning well is always a core strategy in my book. My approach is based on a blend of functional medicine, whole foods based nutrition and brain friendly counseling that even a client who says they can't change..can! When I am not seeing clients, you can usually find me experimenting with a new recipe, with my nose in an integrative health book, or out adventure hiking in the local Southern California mountains.
