Nancy is a private practice dietitian specializing in celiac disease and gluten related disorders and other digestive conditions like dysbiosis- SIBO, IMO, IFO, IBS, gastroparesis, reflux/GERD. She uses a whole systems approach incorporating integrative functional medicine including mind-body modalities. She has lectured nationally, authored a book, book chapters and various other pieces of literature.
