Beth Ciuffini is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist currently working in private practice in the Santa Barbara and Goleta area. She offers individual Medical Nutrition Therapy, group education classes, and corporate and school nutrition consultation services. Whether treating those with acute illness, providing nutrition therapy to prevent chronic disease from progressing, or giving education and support to those working on personal weight management or health goals, she is always encouraging her clients to see the big picture, be realistic and practical so their actions will be effective for the long term. In the spirit of aging well, Beth tries to do or learn something new and novel every year. One year it was making wine with her dad’s old wine press, another time she tried ocean kayaking! Every year it is fun to see what presents itself... the possibilities are endless.
