Carol Banister RD/LD, MS, CDE is the founder and owner of Banister Nutrition LLC. She opened the doors in 1981, currently celebrating "42 years of excellence"! Carol is a graduate of Kansas State University. Currently Banister Nutrition has a team of seven registered dietitians dedicted to the support of their patients, providers and each other. Carol spends a considerable amount of her time managing the practice but still enjoys seeing patients as time allows.
