In my work as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist I offer nutritional counseling, workplace wellness services and public speaking. My nutrition counseling specialties are in gut health and Intuitive Eating. I love helping people rediscover the joy of eating while also helping them to feel good in their bodies. In nutrition counseling sessions with me you have my expert guidance in getting you from restricted diets and not feeling well to eating more freely and feeling good. When you work with me we always start with a thorough assessment so I can see the whole picture of where you’ve been and what you’ve tried. From there we work collaboratively to make an action plan of steps you can take to get you feeling better and eating freely. I am located in the San Francisco Bay Area of California however, all of my sessions are conducted via Telehealth, so I can see clients both near and far. My workplace wellness and public speaking services are offered in Oakland, Fremont, San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area.
