I hold a Master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University, where I conducted research on obesity and insulin resistance. My career has taken me from coordinating diabetes clinical trials at the Medical University of South Carolina to advancing nutrition research at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. I've also worked as a Nutrition Scientist in preclinical research, deepening my understanding of how food, metabolism, and health are connected. Now in private practice, I bring all that experience to one-on-one counseling, helping clients improve their health and well-being through evidence-based nutrition care.
