New travelers will receive a Security Code via email from the Academy to create a profile in Axiom. The email will also notify the traveler that they are approved to travel for the Academy. Once your profile is created you can book your travel. Online bookings should be made Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. CST.

Telephone Reservations
We encourage you to book domestic, trans-border and single destination international business travel reservations online. A designated team of American Express travel counselors is available to help with all complex domestic and international reservations during business hours, by calling 800/238-9049 (US & Canada) or 313/322-2130 (International). Telephone bookings should be made Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. CST.
