Call for Applications: Health and Aging Policy Fellows

The Health and Aging Policy Fellows Program has issued a call for applications for the 2014-2015 class of fellows. Academy members who are interested in participating in the policy making process on the Federal or state level are encouraged to apply.

Directed by Harold Alan Pincus, professor of psychiatry at Columbia University, and made possible by support of The Atlantic Philanthropies, the year-long Health and Aging Policy Fellows Program offers fellows the opportunity to serve as legislative assistants in Congress or professional staff members in executive branch agencies or policy organizations. Fellows may instead elect to pursue a non-residential track, which would allow them to remain at their home institution but work on a policy project that involves one or more brief placements throughout the year at relevant sites.

Applications for the 2014-2015 Health and Aging Policy Fellows Program are due April 16, 2014.
