Executive Management Certificate of Training Program

The Center for Professional Development, with experts in the field of executive management, offers an online certificate program with a focus on enhancing executive management skills for all Academy members. Enjoy a reduced rate of $19 for each module or complete all four modules and earn eight hours of CPEUs for $76.

The program consists of four separate modules that build on each other:

  • Module 1: Impact on the Profession and Use in Different Practice Settings
  • Module 2: Managerial Communication: Why it Matters
  • Module 3: Career Laddering and Succession Planning
  • Module 4: Using Strategic Management to Enhance the Professional Competitive Advantage.

To receive the certificate associated with this training, all four modules and related tests must be completed and a subsequent final post-test exam in Module 4 must be passed with a minimum 80 percent score. The Certificate of Training can then be downloaded and printed from the site.
