New Kids Eat Right Video Is Airing on TV Nationwide

The Academy recently worked with U.S. Olympic hockey silver medalist Hilary Knight and Academy member Alicia Kendig, MS, RD, a U.S. Olympic Committee team dietitian, to create a public service announcement video highlighting healthful eating, visiting a registered dietitian nutritionist and the Academy Foundation’s Kids Eat Right program.

The PSA has already aired more than 570 times on at least 30 TV stations across the country, drawing great attention to Kids Eat Right and its messages. Cities where the PSA has aired include New York, Boston, Phoenix, Pittsburgh and Nashville. We expect more airings as the Stanley Cup hockey playoffs finish and attention turns to the 2014 Winter Olympic Games.

Keep an eye out for the video, which could be airing on a station in your market soon.
