2012 Silver Plate Awards

The International Foodservice Manufacturers Association has announced the 2012 recipients of the prestigious Silver Plate Awards, presented to operators in the foodservice industry. Nine Silver Plates are awarded each year and the 2012 group includes two Academy members.

Daniel Henroid, MS, RD, director of nutrition and food services at the University of California – San Francisco Medical Center, was recognized in the Health Care category. Mary Molt, PhD, RD, LD, assistant director of housing and dining services at Kansas State University, was recognized in the Colleges and Universities category. The awards will be presented at the annual Gold & Silver Plate Awards Celebration, May 7 in Chicago.
