Just Three Weeks Remain in Kids Eat Right Affiliate Challenge

States who recruit affiliate members to be Kids Eat Right Campaign Volunteers before the end of May can receive a $1,000 grant from the ADA Foundation to use for the promotion of Kids Eat Right.

The five affiliates with the highest total percentage of enrollment of Kids Eat Right Campaign Volunteers will receive $1,000. The percentage is based on the ratio of Campaign Volunteers to the number of members in each state, making it fair for both small and large affiliates.

How can states participate?
It is up to each state to promote Kids Eat Right and encourage members to sign on as Campaign Volunteers. Sign up at ADA will track new volunteers by state, but all Campaign Volunteers, regardless of join date, will be counted in the final totals.

When will the grant money be received?
Winning affiliates will be announced in the first week of June.
