Speakers at Institute of Food Technologists' Annual Meeting

Jessie Pavlinac, MS, RD, CSR, LD, ADA's 2010-2011 president, will be among the registered dietitians speaking at the Institute of Food Technologists' 2011 Annual Meeting & Food Expo June 11 to 14 in New Orleans.

At the IFT meeting, Ms. Pavlinac will give a presentation on "Delivering the Dietary Guidelines Message in a Variety of Practice Environments," offering ideas for how registered dietitians can partner with food scientists and nutrition communicators to increase consumer understanding of the Dietary Guidelines for Americans in all aspects of modern food production, food preparation and food distribution systems.
