The new project provides tips for individuals and families to maintain a healthy eating plan. It is based on reliable, credible nutrition science information from ADA and the EAL, where experts review thousands of nutrition and health related research articles to base conclusions on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Visitors to the project page can enter to win a copy of Feed Your Family Right, co-authored by ADA member Elisa Zied, MS, RD, CDN.
