In one of the first longitudinal studies to examine the effect of having children on parents’ eating habits, researchers have found that parenthood does not lead to healthier diets. Steiber comes to the Academy from Case Western Reserve University, where she was an associate professor and director of the coordinated dietetic internship and master’s degree program.
