Expo Hall Pavilions

The Expo Hall has six pavilions. These pavilions allow popular groups of companies to be able to showcase their products in one place, and allow attendees to easily navigate through the Expo Hall and find companies quickly and efficiently.

Gluten-Free

The "Gluten-Free" Pavilion, a long time favorite of attendees, will get a new look with overhead identification and color scheme to highlight its location on the Expo floor. Exhibitors in this pavilion are suppliers and manufacturers of gluten-free products and information.

Natural and Organic

The "Natural and Organic" pavilion sold out faster than any other pavilion in FNCE history and continues to expand each year.  Attendees will be able to experience specialty and natural grocery produce, dry snacks, beverages, and more from the leading organic producers and manufacturers.

California Fresh

This pavilion will showcase food products, services and technologies from California-based exhibitors. With a focus on fresh produce, this area of the Expo floor will explore the wide range of California food products.

Fit for Life

Renamed and repositioned, the "Fit for Life" Pavilion will showcase fitness equipment, clothing, pedometers, scales and metabolic devices geared towards consumers and health professionals. This is your opportunity to sell your products to our attendees and their facilities as well explain why they should sell them to their clients.

NEW! Diabetes

As diabetes and obesity-related issues have become a larger scope within the profession of dietetics and a growing track within ADA's Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo, we wanted our Expo floor to reflect the changing landscape within dietetics. The "Diabetes" Pavilion will highlight those companies who have resources and products that attendees can use every day to make their lives more productive and increase the level of service they provide to their clients and patients as it relates to maintaining diabetes.

NEW! New England

This new pavilion will only be around in 2010, and is in direct response to exhibitor request.  This new pavilion will feature companies who are headquartered in the New England area, and allow them all to be located "under one roof."

Culinary Demonstration Theater

ADA's Partners and Premier Sponsors hold one-hour culinary demonstrations every two hours during Expo hours. These demonstrations are open to all attendees and the stage is located at the rear of the Expo Hall. Don't miss this unique learning experience. The final schedule and descriptions of all the demonstrations will be listed in the Program Book.

NEW! Expo SPOTLIGHT Sessions

ADA is shining a new SPOTLIGHT on ADA exhibitors, giving them an opportunity to host 20-minute sessions on a variety of scientific and evidence-based topics in the Expo Hall. The Expo SPOTLIGHT room will have a maximum of 50 seats and a permanent A/V set where companies can host these presentations. ADA exhibitors taking advantage of this opportunity will need to submit their application and content to ADA's Exhibits Manager for review and approval. Attendees will be given a card that they will need to get stamped. For every three stamps (or 20-minute presentations) they attend, they can earn one CPEU credit.

ADA will have eight openings (or slots) for these presentations: Sunday, November 7 between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., Monday, November 8 between noon and 1:30 p.m., and Tuesday, November 9 from 11:30 a.m. to noon. This opportunity is open to all confirmed 2010 exhibitors.
