This Pocket Guide is an abbreviated publication for use in implementing the Nutrition Care Process. It includes only the standardized language terminology for Nutrition Assessment (labels for specific data used in nutrition assessment and reassessment), Nutrition Diagnosis (labels for specific nutrition problems), Nutrition Intervention (labels for types of nutrition interventions implemented) and Nutrition Monitoring and Evaluating (labels for types of data used to judge effectiveness of nutrition care). New to this edition are the sections on Nutrition Assessment and revisions to Nutrition Diagnosis, Nutrition Intervention and Nutrition Monitoring and Evaluation sections.  This replaces the previous edition of the IDNT Pocket Guide.
