What Is The Return Policy?

ADA recognizes that sometimes the unexpected happens. If there is a mistake with your order, if goods are damaged in shipping or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call ADA Customer Service within 30 days for full credit and instructions for exchanges and returns at 800/877-1600, ext. 4713, weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Central). ADA must authorize all returns in advance and issue a credit request form to you before the item is returned. The credit request form must be endorsed with the returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

BOOKSTORES
Bookstores are allowed no more than three months from the date of purchase to return merchandise for full credit. Please call ADA customer service within 30 days for full credit and instructions for exchanges and returns at 800/877-1600, ext. 4887, weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (Central). ADA must authorize all returns in advance and issue a credit request form to you before the item is returned. The credit request form must be enclosed with returned items. Please do not take credit unless it has been approved by ADA.

All merchandise must be the current edition in unmarked and saleable condition. Out of print publications will not be accepted. If upon return, the merchandise is not in good/saleable condition, credit will not be issued and the merchandise will not be returned unless you arrange for the items to be returned. Return postage is your responsibility. Electronic products are not returnable.
