Can I Get Custom Certificates?
If your order includes a certificate, to ensure accuracy, please submit typed copy with your order by fax or mail. We cannot accept certificate copy over the telephone. Please print or type copy exactly as it should appear. Or call ADA Customer Service, 800/877-1600, ext. 5000, to request a certificate lettering form. Allow six to eight weeks for delivery.
