The Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management Self-Study Module addresses the fundamentals of childhood and adolescent weight management. Upon receipt of the assessment test, CDR will mail participants a self-study module completion form. The module has been awarded eleven CPE hours ($5.00 per CPEU).

Please note that this module is separate and distinct from the Certificate of Training in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management.
