Superbill

A superbill contains vital information about the professional providing the service — name, address, registration and licensing/certification. The superbill also often contains codes and charges for the service.

The Pennsylvania Dietetic Association makes Superbills available to dietitians at a minimum cost. The preprinted bill itemizes and describes all services and fees with codes in a form that the accounting systems of health care providers use. A client can submit the bill directly to the health care insurer.
