The American Dietetic Association launches National Nutrition Month® in March 2001. ADA hopes to raise public awareness of the importance of nutrition and health. "Food & Fitness: Build a Healthy Lifestyle," incorporates the new Dietary Guidelines, Aim, Build and Choose which can help all Americans reach a new height in their daily effort for good health and fitness. Incorporating fitness into your lifestyle will help build lifelong health plus reduce stress and improve your mood, too!
