National Experts Share Nutrition Science Developments and Consumer Trends at American Dietetic Association’s 2005 Nutrition News Forecast

CHICAGO - National experts including nutrition scientists, culinary experts and food industry analysts updated American Dietetic Association leaders and media spokespeople May 12-15 on new developments in food and nutrition at ADA’s 2005 Nutrition News Forecast® in Coronado, Calif.
“ADA’s Nutrition News Forecast is an extremely valuable conference, serving as an annual source of science-based information,” said registered dietitian and ADA President Rebecca S. Reeves.
