Renew by May 31…It's fast...easy...convenient...There are now two ways to renew -- in one full payment by May 31 or in three easy installments. If you choose the new three-payment plan, your credit card will be billed for the first payment when you select this option. You'll be billed for the second installment in July and the final payment in September.
