Eat Right While Working at Home

Eat Right While Working at Home

July 24, 2008

The number of people who work from their homes, either because they own a home business or telecommuting allows them to, continues to grow.

If you’re a stay-at-home worker, you may need to redesign your eating approach.

  • Keep a routine. Instead of getting out of bed and starting right to work, start with breakfast. Try to set a regular lunch time.
  • Need a work break? Go for a walk outside instead of checking out the fridge.
  • Stock your kitchen for quick workday meals and snacks.
  • Make a lunch date with other stay-at-homes for a special treat.
