- Reviewed questions to assess level of implementation of the Nutrition. Care Process that were incorporated into the Dietetics Measure.
- Began drafting diagnostic statements in PES (problem, etiology and signs & symptoms) format to be included in the Nutrition Care Manual.
- Determined domains for Nutrition Intervention Terms: Food and Nutrient Delivery, Education, Counseling, and Referral/ Coordination, and template for intervention reference sheets.

- A Pre-FNCE CNM workshop offered and attended by 67 people. Work book assembled for workshop.
- Two FNCE sessions highlighted NCP and Nutrition Diagnoses with record attendance.
- Nutrition Diagnosis: A Critical Step in the Nutrition Care Process was released as a new publication at FNCE. Sold out before FNCE started. Highest selling book at FNCE.

- Minor changes made to Nutrition Intervention Terminology based on input from committee and consultants.
- Created new matrix showing how to use nutrition assessment data to identify potential nutrition diagnosis.
- Created new section with two cases showing how the terms were incorporated into various type of medical record documentation for the 2007 edition of publication to be released at FNCE in Hawaii.

- Dr Enrione submitted paper to JADA focusing on what is Nutrition Diagnosis.
- Received new shipment of 2006 edition of Nutrition Diagnosis books.
- Trained Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina (BCBSNC) research participants on Nutrition Diagnosis and intervention terminology.
- Incorporated both nutrition diagnostic and intervention terms into MNT Assistant for data collection for the BCBSNC research project.
- Conducted sessions at DEP meetings.

- Submitted the 2007 publication: Nutrition Diagnoses and Nutrition Interventions: Standardized Language for the Nutrition Care Process for printing and availability at FNCE 2006.
- Provided copies of 2006 version of Nutrition Diagnosis book to CDR test writers.
- Reviewed Educators communication plan and identified further action steps.

- Pilot test web-training for nutrition diagnosis (developed by Pam Charney) and determine marketing plan.
- Review results from survey on all 65 nutrition diagnostic terms (Dr Enrione’s study).
- Conduct FNCE session highlighting PNND successes.
- Review preliminary results from Dietetics Practice-Based Research Network study.
- Discuss how to develop list of synonyms for nutritional diagnostic labels.
- Determine how to pilot test Nutrition Interventions.
- Further develop the Assessment and Monitoring & Evaluation portions of the NCP.
- Explore PDA applications as soon as Nutrition Diagnostic terms are considered stable.
