Opportunity to Learn and Collaborate
- We are aware of an opportunity for members to gain more insight into the issue of health disparities via the release of a documentary series “Unnatural Causes”.
- "Unnatural Causes" is a four-hour documentary series produced by the California Newsreel and will be presented for broadcast on PBS.
- This PBS broadcast will start on Thursday, March 27 at 10:00 p.m. for four consecutive Thursdays (March 27, April 3, April 10 and April 17).
- This documentary series will focus on the socio-economic and racial inequities in health. This series examines how the social conditions into which we are born, live and work profoundly affect our health and longevity.
