MNPG DPG Celiac Disease and the Gluten Free Diet: Trends and Treatment

This exciting workshop will feature an update on the advances in medical treatment of celiac disease, a review of the gluten-free diet, an update on gluten-free labeling, challenges of the gluten-free lifestyle, patient education tools and tips and baking gluten-free bread. An expert panel will also answer your questions. A gluten-free lunch will be provided. Gluten-free products will also be available for sampling.

There will be 5 CPE Hours offered.
