    In preparing for the discussion at the House of Delegates, a webinar was conducted on September 17 to provide more insight into the issue for delegates and members attending the meeting. The following recording is 90 minutes, which includes an overview of the issue and a question and answer segment. Members are encouraged to listen to this recording to gain more insight into this issue. Two (2) CPE units are provided for listening to the recording.
