- Describe the environmental, physiological and psychosocial factors that impact food intake patterns for elderly patients and patients with cancer and HIV/AIDS
- Apply current identification and assessment recommendations for patients with unintentional weight loss and cachexia
- Implement effective intervention and nutrition care strategies for patients at risk for, or diagnosed with, unintentional weight loss or cachexia
