Member Benefits

NEP's most popular benefit is its quarterly newsletter. Each issue offers a comprehensive look at some aspect of nutrition education and a learning tool that can enhance nutrition education skills whether members are clinical dietitians, public health nutritionists or public relations consultants. "Our members have diverse interests, so we developed a newsletter that really serves our audience," says former Chair Glenda Warren, MS, RD. Upcoming features include Health Literacy, Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome. The newsletter also keeps members up to date on the latest in educational resources, meeting announcements and new book reviews.

Other member benefits include:

  • Reproducible nutrition education inserts in the newsletter
  • Nutrition Education Speaker's Bureau: Go to NEP's website for more details NEP DPG Web site: www.dietetics.com/nepdpg/
