  • Enteral Nutrition for Adult Patients and Parenteral Nutrition for Adult Patients: The slide presentations and scripts can be used for grand rounds, medical school, allied health and dietetic educational programs. Each kit includes 60 to 70 slides, complete with referenced text which encompasses indications and contraindications, current knowledge and recommendations, benefits, complications, and monitoring of enteral and parenteral therapies. Current DNS Projects:

  • Series of Webinars: DNS will begin offering educational programs via webinars in 2009 and are currently under development. As specific offerings are finalized, information will be available on the DNS website and will be shared with members via e-news communication. 
  • Mentorship Program: This program is almost ready to be launched through the DNS website. Please look for announcements via e-news communication.
  • Evidence Analysis — Critical Illness Workgroup: Ongoing work with evidence analysis questions will continue with revision of concluding statements and evidence summaries. (www.adaevidencelibrary.com/default.cfm?library=EAL)
