This combination tour and cooking demo will showcase Kendall College, recognized for its culinary program which is now on the cutting edge of combining its traditional program with nutrition and science. Attendees will also see a cooking demo and learn about the taste profile of umami and its play in food combination. This complex taste profile is now recognized as the fifth taste.
