Your support of these events will allow the Foundation to offset operating expenses associated with giving scholarships, research grants and managing public education campaigns.
ADA Foundation Annual Nutrition Symposium
Saturday, October 25
Start your ADA education experience at FNCE early by attending the ADA Foundation's Nutrition Symposium. Each year the Foundation works with corporate partners to deliver cutting edge nutrition research and education. Look for an announcement of this year's program and its sponsor in upcoming FNCE promotions. Registration is required for this typically closed out event Attendance is limited.
50-Year Member Tea
Saturday, October 25
An invitation only event, the 50-Year Member Tea celebrates those who have reached the 50-year or more milestone of ADA membership. These women and men have been an instrumental and influential part of the Association and Foundation's history.
ADA Foundation Gala
Monday, October 27; Reception, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; Dinner, 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Do not miss the premier social event at FNCE. Celebrate the Foundation award winners and mingle with fellow attendees at this spectacular event.
Gala After Party
Monday, October 27; 9:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
In addition to this year's gala, ADAF will host an after party for those wishing to experience the entertainment of the evening. For a nominal fee attendees can mingle, dance and get a feel for the evening's event. All gala attendees are invited to join the after party at no additional charge.
ADA Foundation Yoga
A balance of good nutrition and physical activity is the key to a healthy lifestyle and optimal well-being. Yoga provides many health benefits including reduced stress, enhanced fitness and performance and improved blood pressure. Sessions will be offered throughout the conference.
Silent Auction 2008
With each winning bid, you will take home a unique prize and know that your gift will enable the ADA Foundation to fulfill its mission. Bidding will take place at the Foundation Booth throughout the meeting.
