To obtain information on becoming a fact sheet sponsor today, please call 800/877-1600, ext. 4771 or to e-mail muhrick@eatright.org.  The timeline for the development, review, editing and publication process for a Nutrition Fact Sheet is approximately 12 to 16 weeks. See example timeline below:

Week 1 Key messages and titles submitted to ADA for approval
Week 4 Draft fact sheet manuscript/copy developed and submitted for ADA review and approval
Week 7 Approved copy shared with sponsor for final approval
Week 8 Final fact sheet copy submitted to ADA designer for the ADA Journal
Week 9 Drafted design submitted to fact sheet sponsor for approval
Week 11 Final design approved by fact sheet sponsor
Week 12 Approved fact sheet design sent to printer
Week 16  Fact sheet appears in the ADA Journal and is posted to www.eatright.org
