PRICES
The American Dietetic Association is pleased to offer reduced pricing to ADA members on most catalog items. Be sure your ADA member number is presented at the time the original order is placed or is included with your order. Should the ADA member name and member number not be provided, the price will automatically default to the higher nonmember price. A few products may list a single price for both members and nonmembers.
All purchases are payable in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
All orders, with the exception of company purchase orders, must be prepaid. Methods of payment include checks, money orders and credit cards; we accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card and American Express. Credit card information must include: name on the credit card, credit card number, expiration date and a valid signature.
Purchase orders must be submitted on company purchase order forms and include all required signatures. Sorry, purchase requisitions cannot be accepted. Sixty dollars is the minimum amount for a purchase order. If the order is for less than $60.00, the order must be prepaid. All invoices are due 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Shipping and handling, based on the amount of the order, is required on all orders. ADA reserves the right to refuse orders and return any prepayments if the appropriate charges, including shipping and handling, are not included. Shipments cannot be made to P.O. boxes. Before faxing, please check your document to insure that all information is visible and dark enough to transmit legibly. Please do not mail in a confirmation copy, as duplication may occur, resulting in additional costs to you.
