Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo Media Information

Media credentials for ADA's 2007 Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo, September 29 to October 2 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and access to the conference Press Room are reserved for working members of the media employed by established news organizations. Credentials will be issued to journalists who submit appropriate documentation:

  • Editor (all levels): Business card from an established publication containing your editorial title.
  • Publisher (one per publication): Business card from an established publication containing your editorial title.
  • Print or broadcast reporter, producer, photographer, camera crew: Business card or photocopy/fax of current press identification card.
  • Freelance writer: Original letter containing a specific assignment from editor and two samples of bylined articles published since January 1, 2006.

Note: In accepting ADA's media credential, the freelance writer also agrees to provide ADA, within 30 days of publication, a copy (or Web link) of at least one article that he or she publishes prior to May 31, 2008, containing information gathered at the conference. Failure to do so will result in denial of media credentials for ADA's 2008 Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo.

Associate publishers, freelance writers, and book authors not on specific assignment, non-editorial personnel, public relations or advertising/sales representatives, etc., are not eligible for media credentials and must register through ADA Meeting Services and pay the registration fee.
