ADAF International Collaborations Directory

The American Dietetic Association Foundation has released the third edition of the ADAF International Directory of Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Service Management and Health Sciences Collaborations. This publication was prepared by Mary Dinehart and Sarah Lanier, RDs and graduate students, under the guidance of Valerie B. Duffy, PhD, RD, associate professor of dietetics and research in the Dietetics Program at the School of Allied Health in the Division of Health and Human Development at the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut.

 

The 61-page directory is a reference for dietetics professionals, describing Didactic, Coordinated, Dietetic Technician, Dietetic Internships and other programs that have international collaborations with over 50 foreign locations. The publication lists more than 100 partnerships and provides contact information as well as a brief description of the collaboration when available. The Directory was made possible through the Wimpfheimer-Guggenheim Fund for International Exchange in Nutrition, Dietetics and Management.
