Tip of the Day
St. Nicholas Stocking Stuffers
Tomorrow, people all over the world will celebrate St. Nicholas Day with the tradition of stuffing children's shoes or stockings with candy and toys.
This year, start a new tradition and stuff stockings or shoes with healthier options instead of candy. Choose individual-sized bags of popcorn (without added butter) or trail mix, sugar-free gum, granola bars or fruit snacks – and make sure they’re 100-percent fruit with no added sugar.
Or go the non-food route with holiday themed temporary tattoos, stickers, erasers, pencils, yo-yos or puzzles.
