Tip of the Day
Alternative Halloween Treats
Nobody wants to be the house on the block that gives out the "bad" Halloween treats, but the good news is you can skip candy and still be the house every kid wants to visit! There are numerous small, inexpensive, non-food items that most young kids would love to receive as their treat.
Here are some ideas:
- Temporary tattoos or stickers
- Small containers of modeling clay
- Bubbles
- Erasers
- Bouncy balls
- Plastic spider rings
- Noise makers or whistles
- Small Halloween-themed notebooks
- Coloring pencils or crayons
