If you regularly have trouble sleeping, physical activity might help you get some rest. With spring in full force and summer just around the corner, consider trying a new outdoor activity to get you and your family moving. Being physically active helps your body relax and sleep soundly. Just remember to refrain from exercise too close to bedtime.
