Stay in Good Health as You Age
Tomorrow is World Health Day, a time to think about developing healthy habits that will allow us to healthfully age. Over the past century, life expectancy has increased dramatically and the world will soon be populated with more older people than children.
Because nutrient needs change as we get older, it is important to know which foods offer the vitamins and minerals that will promote good health throughout our lifetimes. Help feel your best by learning how to make healthy food choices — especially those lower in calories and packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber and other nutrients — and by being physically active every day.
