Stock Your Pantry with Whole Grains
This National Nutrition Month, "Get Your Plate in Shape" and choose whole grains over white or refined grains for your family. Make sure at least half of your grains are whole.
Switching to whole grains is easy:
- Choose 100-percent whole-grain cereals, breads, crackers, rice and pasta.
- Check the ingredients list on food packages to find whole grain foods.
