Every Body Walk
Think about how much better you would feel if you started walking only 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week. Every Body Walk is committed to getting Americans up and moving. Walking is great physical activity and doesn't require any training.
Visit everybodywalk.org and take the pledge to walk. You can also find tools to get started today, such as maps for nearby paths and groups to introduce you to other walkers.
