In 2014, the Academy will publish the next edition of the International Dietetics and Nutrition Terminology (IDNT) Reference Manual.
Submissions for changes or additions to the standardized language were due on or before March 31, 2013. Countries or organizations, in the U.S. and internationally, need not submit as a group (e.g., country, practice or other); individual submissions are welcome. Further, group submissions do not need unanimous support. Majority and minority opinions may accompany the submission. The Nutrition Care Process/Standardized Language (NCP/SL) Committee will use its discretion in determining whether to review the submissions received after March 31, 2013.
